Tryst truly delivers any type of dance experience you are looking for. You do not have to be a dancer. I did not set foot in a dance studio until I was 46 and I was able to start fulfilling all those childhood dance dreams.

I joined just over a year and a half ago, with no dance experience. I was a bit more shy and inhibited in my body. I had no idea how much this community and the uplifting energy would change my life. I've since done multiple sessionals, all sorts of drop-ins, and will soon be doing my 4th performance.
